Business Profile: For Suppliers, we collect Company Name, GST Number, and Owner details. For Buyers, we collect Name and delivery coordinates.
Authentication Data: We use Firebase Auth to manage your secure session.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to facilitate the marketplace operations:

Verifying your identity via SMS OTP.
Connecting Buyers with verified Suppliers for bidding.
Processing corporate orders and technical benchmarking.
Preventing fraudulent activities within the DAAMDEKHO™ network.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit. Your authentication is handled directly by Google Firebase servers, ensuring your mobile number and session remain confidential.

5. Data Retention

We retain your business profile and order history as long as your account is active to provide you with seamless procurement tracking. You may request account deletion at any time through our support channels.
